Step 1: Download USB Drivers and PC Software


USB Drivers for:
RLC-100 and RLC-250

PC Operating System (OS):
Important: Make sure your browser's
POP UP blocker is turned off.





IMPORTANT - Windows 7 users. It is important that you identify the type of processor your PC is running to insure the proper USB Drivers for the PC.

Continue to step 2 once the USB drivers are loaded and the PC recognizes the RLC unit.
